NAME: Kim Williams

Kim is a 35 year old mother of three who competed in the WTF World Challenge Las Vegas. She accomplished this just 10 months after giving birth to her 3rd child. Hard work and determination helped Kim get into the best shape of her life. While pregnant, Kim instructed 8-10 fitness classes a week until she was 8 months into her pregnancy. Six weeks after giving birth, Kim resumed teaching. Her motivation to prove to others that age nor pregnancy aren't reasons to give up on your fitness goals enabled her to compete. Kim believes a person can achieve any goal they put their mind to if they want it bad enough.

Kim is a Director of Nursing, personal trainer and fitness instructor. In order to find time for her own training, Kim gets up at 4:30 am to train. She would like to thank her husband, Scott, for his support along with Debi Balmert, her dear friend and captain of Team Fox Ohio of which Kim is a member.

In Las Vegas, Kim was a top ten finalist in her age division, 30-34 tall. She is truly an inspiration for all moms.
