NAME: Jennifer Mills
HOME: Westwood, California
OCCUPATION: Trainer/Nutritionist
AGE: 24

Jennifer was the only athlete at the 2001 WTF World Challenge Las Vegas to score a perfect 10.0 in the Bench Press Competition. She also placed 1st in the Fitness Skills Event, 4th in the Obstacle Course, and 2nd in Dual Fitness in her Age Group. In the overall competition, Jennifer finished 3rd out of 144 accomplished athletes in Fitness Skills.

Born on June 12, 1977, Jennifer became a Marine in 1995 and worked in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Weapons. While in the Marines, Jen continued her track career as she competed in three World Championships while representing FILA Track Club based out of L.A.

Her sports background also consists of volleyball, soccer and road racing. In 2000, she won California's Fittest Woman and completed her tour in the Marines at the rank of Sergeant.

Today, Jennifer is a Trainer/Nutritionist and inspires others to "awaken the warrior spirit." She spends time in the mountains training and training others. She says it deepens her relationship with God and experiencing all the beauty he has created.
